UNO Bookstore Review

The UNO Bookstore is located next to the Information Desk on the first floor of the UC, with wide variety of books, school supplies, UNO apparel, and more. Since 2013, UNO Bookstore had gained new leadership in order to expand the choices of students and help them save more money. In the past, renting books could only be done online through UNO's third party. It will now be available in stores and will become very large. UNO Bookstore is in support of rental books, since the administrators of UNO Bookstore think renting textbooks can save 50% of the price immediately. Variable prices can increase students' savings by buying certain products. Students should be able to rent at least 40% of their books through the store. The corporatization of bookstores allows for general goods and centralized purchase, and those administrators see two real huge advantages of universities and students. First, trained purchasers make a living in accordance with trends and students' interests, and regularly participate in trade fairs across the country, providing them with ample opportunities and choices to keep up with fashion trends. Secondly, as part of the national business, the bookstore will provide more goods and purchasing power - for many clothing goods, the new bookstore will provide "a better, best choice".
