UNC Asheville bookstore is located on the ground floor of the Highsmith University Union. Except for textbooks, the Bookstore also sells apparel, gifts, snacks, school and art supplies, magazines, bargain books and paperback bestsellers. The bookstore offers new, used and digital textbooks, most of which are available for rent, saving up to 50% of the new retail price. These textbooks are organized by class. If you get the textbooks wrong, it's easy to return them. Just bring it back within the first week of class with the receipt. The bookstore launches buyback program as well, which means buying students’ used books and giving them cash in return. The better the books are kept, the higher the price of recycling in bookstores. And if your books are designated or recommended by the professors in the next semester, the bookstore will offer high prices.
