TMCC bookstore, run by Follett, is the official bookstore of Truckee Meadows Community College. Under the cooperation with Follett, TMCC bookstore is open all year round, providing textbooks, supplies, TMCC products and snacks to keep you going. The bookstore is open extended hours at the beginning of each term. The bookstore is willing to offer refunds and exchange. However, you must bring a sales receipt to return unopened plastic wrap merchandise in the ''original'' purchase status. The last day of the full refund is the week after the start of the courses. After that, you will have two business days from the date of purchase to return your text. If the plastic wrap or package has been opened, the software will not be returned. Except for return service, the bookstore also launches buyback program, students can sell their used books to the bookstore to get some money back. But several factors affect the price they will receive, including new editions by the publisher, books' conditions, current inventory on hand and whether the books are readopted for the coming semester or not.
