The bookstore at the University of North Arizona offers everything from textbooks and other kinds of books to personal and office supplies, branded clothes and gifts, liner, USGS maps, Apple authorized reseller, and computer software for PCs and Macintosh. They also offer gift cards for bookstores at $25, $50 and $100, respectively. For convenience, they also have ATMs outside the west side of the building. Besides, the NAU Bookstore is in favor of return policy. You can return clothing, supplies and regular books to the bookstore within two weeks of the receipt date - if the item is in a new saleable state, you must bring the sales receipt with a valid picture ID. You cannot return special orders and sales items. You can return textbooks with sales receipts and valid picture IDS within 14 calendar days of the first day of the fall and spring semester and within five calendar days of the summer course. You can get specific information about time limits, non-refundable items, and the policy of returning textbooks every semester in the bookstore. The NAU Bookstore will buy back textbooks at any time during the published working hours. As long as it is the latest version, they can accept new and used textbooks from any campus and any academic term. They buy books for the next semester at 50% of the price of new books; they buy others at their full year market value. You do not need to bring a Book receipt.
